Hello,
I am so sorry Baby Kitty had trouble with fleas. It sounds like she has miliary dermatitis which is an allergic reaction to flea saliva:

You can use plain neosporen to prevent infection. Apply it to the sores three times a day. It is safe if she licks it.
You can also go to a health food store and get raw honey. It is a fantastic healer. Just paint it on the sores. Also safe to lick.

You can also drop one quarter of a 4 mg chlortrimeton in wet food every 24 hours. It is very tiny so she will not detect it.

Please let me know how Baby Kitty is doing. I hope she feels better very soon.
Please be so kind as to rate my answer positively as that is the only way I receive credit for my assistance. Thank you very much!
