Hello,
I am so sorry Skye is not feeling well.
Can you please tell me the name and brand of food she is throwing up?
How many times has she vomited today?
Has she had a bowel movement?
Indoor kitty?
Is she the type to chew plants string etc?
After your reply please give me a few minutes to type detailed answer.
Thanks,
Terri

Thanks Terri she had a bowl movement hours before she threw up. She has vomited once today and then she goes back and eats. She is an indoor cat mostly. She doesn't not chew plants or string. The brand of food is Meow Mix and it is dry food.

Thanks so much for your very helpful reply.
When a cat throw up and goes back and eats, I blame the food. It could be bad so do not give her any from that bag. The most common cause f vomiting in cats IS a dry food diet.

Go out and get a jar of baby food chicken or turkey with no onion or garlic and pepcid a/c (famotidine)
Add one quarter of a ten mg pepcid to a tablespoon of baby food. 20 minutes after she eats it offer the rest of the jar..
For the next 24 ours feed her only, baby food, pate canned cat food or boiled chicken.
Offer her as much water as she wants.
Please let me know how she is doing. I hope she feels better very soon.
