I have had a female cat for 1 week, she is 20 months old and I got her from a rescue centre. At first she was very affectionate. She was eating wet food fine, not interested in drinking water. I was at home with her for the first few days, but unfortunately I had to work nights from Monday night. From Tuesday morning she has stopped eating all together, she does not show any affection and meows when you try to pick her up. She is sleeping most of the day but does move from room to room. She has been using the litter tray once a day for urine and faeces. Tonight she drank a tiny amount of water off a tin of tuna, but then produced a small amount of yellow vomit straight after.I am planning on taking her to the vets tomorrow. The rescue centre said that she has been spayed and received all her innoculations.I would be grateful for any advice.

Hello, Welcome to Just Answer! I would be happy to help you with your pet today.
It sounds like you are doing the right thing by planning to take her to the vet tomorrow.
The symptoms are not very specific....
Refusing to eat for a day, is not all that concerning...
But since it has now continued for a second day, and she vomited tonight...I do think that it is wise to have her to the vet in the morning for an examination.
I would continue to offer her water in small amounts if she will take it.
If she holds it down...great.
If she vomits again, then don't give her anymore water and just wait until you see the vet in the morning.
