Hello,

I am so sorry your baby is ill.

Are his eyes darting back and forth?
has he had a recent ear infection?

does he have any known health issues or take any medications?

Is he an indoor kitty?

Thank you,

Terri

Dear friend,

I am sorry your baby is so ill.

Tell the vet to check for vestibular disease.

This is a disturbance to the cats equilibrium caused by an ear infection. It is similar to human motion sickness. It is treated with antibiotics and sometimes dramamine.

It is less likely that he had a stroke but that should be considered as well.

Please let me know what happens.

Best wishes for him,

Terri

Hello,I wanted to add an additional possibility to the information given by Terri.

If your cat has not been tested for Toxoplasmosis I would be sure to have this done
Toxo can effect the eyes as well as cause neurological signs such as incoordination , wobbling, circling, seizures etc
Here is additional information
