Hi,

Did your little one eat this tablet? How long ago did this occur? How is the little one acting now?

sorry, I realized I didn't answer this part of your question and didn't know how to get back to you.

Now, it's been about 40min

Ok. This dose of loperamide shouldn't be a toxic dose. The tough thing with cats is getting them to vomit. If one is to come into the clinic with a toxicity that needs to be dealt with making the cat vomit, that is a 50/50 situation. In the clinic, we give injectable drugs and only about 50% will vomit. As far as making a cat vomit at home, it is near impossible. But, the dose again that your little one got isn't one to require decontamination. Keep him in a quiet spot and let him rest.
