Hi kasey
Since your cat is prone to eating toys and rubberbands then there is a chance that there still could be some in his stomach. I would fast him for the rest of today. No food and no water. See if the vomiting settles down. If no vomiting by morning then you can start small amounts of water first before getting him slowly back on food. If you fast him and he continues to vomit then I would make an appointment with your vet for a PE. Most things can pass throught the GI tract and most cats will vomit up toy bits. The biggest things to worry about are string and ribbons. He may very well vomit up the rest of the toy bits today.
