Many cats like to eat things like this, off the floor, and most times it's just due to a cat's curious nature, but sometimes it may have a medical cause. A condition called 'pica', is one in which cats will eat non-food items. Sometimes, the cause is due to a nutritional deficiency in the diet, but most times, it's considered a behavioral problem.

It would be best to first have your cat evaluated by the vet, to make sure there are no underlying medical problems causing her actions, and also, I'm sure you're trying to keep your floors as clean as possible, so she has less of a chance of ingesting something due to this habit.

I hope everything works out well!
