Is your cat spayed?

Is she eating, drinking and urinating normally?

Is she licking her hind area excessively like it's bothering her?

Hello again, and thanks for your additional information.

If your cat is not spayed and wants a lot of attention, she may be in heat, however, this would not cause vaginal bleeding. Cats don't menstruate like dogs and human females do.

She may have an infection of the uterus, called pyometra, which is quite serious and must be diagnosed by the vet, right away, or she may have an irritation like vaginitis, which is causing irritation and the bleeding. She also may have a urinary tract infection which is causing the blood to show in her urine. The following will provide you with in-depth information about these conditions:

I hope your cat will be fine!
