Reply to Terri Riba's Post: I think he is part maine coon, he's a long hair. He doesn't have a pushed in face and there is no black on his chin. He is an indoor cat. The discharge is only around the corners of his nostrils. we do have mold in our apartment so i wasn't sure if it was an allergy or not. Thanks!!!

Dear Tiffany,

Many kittens get that "dirty nose" because they do not clean up well after eating. You can pat him with a warm damp cloth and apply a dab of vaseline. It will not hurt your baby to lick it.

As long as he does not develope he will be fine.

Please let me know if you have any more questions and how your baby is doing.

Very sincerely,
