Gestation for a cat is around 65 days. If you know the day that she bred, you can back and predict delivery.
Most cats will have some bloody discharge right before delivery. Keep an eye on it, though, because heavy bleeding is not normal.
After this litter is weaned, you will want to have her spayed or she will go right back into heat.

The blood and the mucus plug are very different. When she loses her mucus plug, you will see a green, snotty plug come out.
