Are they seeking to revive the judgment within 10 years of when it became dormant?

Is the judgment a good judgment, do you really owe it and were you served properly with the suit that resulted in the judgment?

the judgement is under 10 years old. From 01/16/2007. And yes.

In OH, once a judgment becomes dormant, the judgment creditor has 10 years to file a motion to revive judgment. You can object to revival of the judgment only if the judgment is beyond the 10 years or if you have proof the judgment is fraudulent. Other than those grounds the court must reinstate the judgement.
