i use to have an lap band for a few years, it started to hurt and it also had a leak so i ask the doctor to take it out. i had the surgery on a monday and a few days later I was at the emergency room with really bad pain. they did a ct scan and said a
small part of the tubing was left behind. should i see a lawyer?
