When a landlord enters an apartment he rents out to a tenant in the building he owns without permission, (while the tenant is asleep) proceeds to strip naked and lay on top of her, and then stick fingers inside her...what exactly does that constitute?

She can sue the landlord for trespassing and battery and breach of the rental agreement.
