Hi,

Thank you for your question.

The website will generally be found through the court. There is no statewide central case database.

Do you know what county and court the patients filed their cases?

I was just about to send that web address to you.

This is the one, but the website appears to be going through maintenance right now. Once it comes back online, you should be able to access it.

Have you sent letters to the attorneys that were working on the cases to inform them that you need to be paid?

Did you have an agreement with the patients to wait for payment from the settlement proceeds?

attorney and pt are not responding to my letters

site is not working for weeks, however my attorney pulled out in his office on other case.......w no problems

It seems to be available only intermittently on the following schedule:

Monday – Saturday – 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. for inquiry and update
Sunday – 7 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. for inquiry only
Holidays – 7 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. for inquiry only

Have you tried it within this time frame?
