l got hurt on job 5 years ago. never really recoverd. im even disabled now. on only 32! disablity didnt retroact my settlement. and workmans comp or intrepid potash, and they fired me for finding THC in my system when was sick i did. but ive had 5 surgeries and have hav over 15 hurinias repaird and adomnial problems. can i still sew someone... or everyone
Already Tried: i had a disability lawyer but didnt do anything but settle our with disability. and i was told not to fight settlement
I am afraid that if you have signed a settlement agreement, you are now bound by that agreement and you cannot now sue them over the agreement. Any suit you would file would be dismissed based on the settlement agreement I am afraid. I am sorry to hear that you are so young and disabled, but once you settled with disability, that is the end of your case.

what about intrepid potash? i never really went after thim.
Sadly, if they were your employer, your only recourse against them would be under workers compensation as under the workers compensation law the employer cannot be sued for personal injury torts by employees. Even if they were a third party and not your employer, in order to sue them in personal injury, 5 years is beyond the statute of limitations I am afraid.
