I recently fell at a motelin Custer. There were no signs on the door informing of a step or to watch your step nor did the owner/manage show any interest in finding out if I was okay. I did go to the hospital and had x-rays. Can I ask the owner to submit my hospital bill to their liability insurance? thanks, XXXXX XXXXX XXX@XXXXXX.XXX

You can make a claim to the motel's liability insurance carrier. Get any follow-up medical care you need. Gather all your related medical records and bills. Your case is worth three times your related medical bills and lost wages. Take pictures of any scarring. Send the motel all of these items with a letter explaining what happened.
