My 2 year old daughter is biting. She is generally happy, but she bites her sister and friends. I notice it when something is taken away from her that she wants, but at other times for no reason too.Our corrective action has been to speak sternly, tell her no, that's not nice, you don't bite and to put her in the corner or in her crib. She cries. We approach her after 2-5 minutes and ask if she knows what she did wrong? She says yes - that she bit and usually is willing to apologize, hug it out. This repeats itself about 5 times a week. I don't see any change in her behavior based on our course of action. What other corrective action can we take?

Thank you for the input.
Children can bite for some period of time.
This usually passes away over time.
Please do not be very stern.
Try to make her understand it is bad.
You can try to distract her with play, toys.
Please keep an eye on her so that you can prevent her in time.
Do not let her get stressed with any thing.
I hope it will subside over time.
If you see it is getting more problematic, please talk with her doctor.
I hope this information will be helpful.
