Does she have cough, fever or any other symptom?

Is there any tenderness?

Did she take any medicine?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
No tenderness..she does have a cough right now. Our family has sore throat, fever...
She ran a low grade fever last night
And had a sore throat. I gave her 1tsp ibu and a tsp cold flu by natures way.

Thank you for the input.
There can be a muscular pain like muscle strain or pull.
This can occur from coughing.
You can give her tylenol or motrin.
Warm application can help.
Sometimes other issues like lung or pleural infection can cause referred pain below.
Kidney infection can also cause pain here.
If you do not see any improvement, I would suggest to get her an examination by doctor.
I hope this information will be helpful.
