My 3yo daughter is Experiencing on and off fevers for the

Customer Question

My 3yo daughter is Experiencing on and off fevers for the past month or so. Maybe about a week apart, it has not gone over 100. She is really lethargic and has been for a long while. She goes about 4 days normal and then 1 day where she wants to sleep for hours. Last Monday was the day she couldn't shake it so we let her sleep. Like i said, when she is normal, she is jumping through the clouds.
Yesterday morning she vomited, once, randomly but she said she felt better and acted better. Tonight she developed a mild a fever.
She had a short spell (2 days) of diarrhea last week.
She constantly complains her head hurts, but we dont always take it seriously because shell ask for candy afterwards because she says it makes her feel better.
Not sure what this could be, we thought possibly mono.

Was she checked by doctor?

Was any test taken?

Does she have sore throat, gland enlargement, loss of weight or any other symptom?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
not recently
we plan on taking her in tomorrow. She had some tests done 7 months ago because we were nervous about some issues with our drinking water, blood, urine, ect. Nothing at that time.

Does she have sore throat, gland enlargement, loss of weight or any other symptom?

How is her urine?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
not that we can see, she says "maybe" - no weight loss, but her appetite is been off and on. We just thought she was picky.

Thank you for the input.
It is possible to be mono.
Other viral or bacterial infections are possible too.
Urinary infections can be present with minimal fever.
Yes, she needs an examination by doctor in person at this point.
CBC, mono tests, urinalysis would be needed.
I hope this information will be helpful.

What about something more serious? What would be some symptoms or possibilities?
Expert:  Dr. Su S. replied 1 month ago.

Weight loss, lymph node enlargement, pallor etc. would indicate serious issues.

When did she have hair loss? In which part?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
bath time...is mild, but we notice when we brush her hair, but myself and my mom shed often. But she is only 3.

In illness, infection there can be hair loss.
It would regrow after the disease is over.
