My daughter is 3 yesterday she had a fever that got to 102.9 with an ear thermometer. She seems much better today. We have her some Benadryl and Motrin before bed her temp was 99.2. She woke up and checked her Temp with ear thermometer and it was 95.5 we tried another ear thermometer and it said 96.6 is this an emergency that her temp is to low?

Temperature below 95 degrees is called hypothermia & is considered an emergency.

Motrin can be the factor.Next time, if it is needed, you can give Tylenol.

As her temperature is 96.6, you can wait and observe.Please keep room warm.

You can make the room heater on, cover with blanket.

Hot water bag wrapped in clothes can be kept under her bed. Give her warm drinks.

If the temperature goes further down, I would advise to take her to ER for evaluation and management.
