Thank you for your question.

I am Dr. Su S. and I will try my best to help you.

Are the soles of the feet affected?

How are palms, eyes, body color urine, stool?

Did he wear yellow socks, shoes?

How was diet in last few days?

Does he have any other symptom?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.

Thank you for the input.

The yellow coloration of palm and soles can be due to a variety of causes.

Common cause in children of this age group can be excess intake of carotene which is not well metabolised.

It is found in orange or yellow color fruits and vegetables.

Packet food can contain vegetable and fruit.

Other causes can be liver, kidney or thyroid diseases.

You can take to doctor for an assessment.

If he feels he can take tests to rule out any disease condition.

I hope this information will be helpful.
