Which treatment did he get for impetigo?
How long it is there?
Did he have swab or urine culture?
Thank you for the input.High WBC count suggests an infection. He would likely need to continue antibiotics.Any urine infection needs to be treated as well.Impetigo can need n examination by dermatologist. In skin infection, kidney may be affected occasionally. So it needs adequate treatment.I would recommend to try to get appointments sooner.
