Hello,

1)standard first line therapy may be chemotherapy with or without surgery, observation only (for infants), radiation.

2)Three-year Survival is excellent for group of infants with unresected tumors (99%), infants receiving chemotherapy (95%), and infants with resected tumors (98%)
