Customer Question

On Saturday my 11 year old daughter was playing with 1 of our kittens. The kitten acted 100% normal. About 2 hours later the cat is drooling and urinating. About 6 hours after this, the kitten is again acting normal. Now the kitten is dead and there are no remains for me to take to the vet for testing. Should we be worried about rabies? The cat was no vaccinated for rabies yet.

Hello, Please go ahead and get full course of anti-rabies vaccine for her. It will be future protection also, with only periodic booster doses.

Good luck.

Also get the mother cat and other kitten vaccinated.
