The lump doesnof move, it is about 2cm. It is towards abdominal area. It hard and causes no pain i have attached a picture

This can be bony prominence of the rib margin.
There can be prominent costochondral junction.
Sometimes, it can be more visible than other normally.
It can also occur from inflammation.
But that would be painful.
Other growth like chondroma, or bone tumor would be more round.

It does not sound like those.
Still, I would advise to get an examination by doctor.
By feeling he would be able to confirm.
