My 22 month old baby is sick with a bacterial infection in his lungs. His blood work showed low lym%, high gra%, high gran and high Rdw% by .3 and low mpv by .7. Is this due to the bacterial infection?

High granulocytes % is suggestive of bacterial infection.
There can be relative decrease of lymphocyte %.
High RDW can be from anemia which is often associated with infection & low MPV can be present in infection.
