I'm happy that you have asked me to assist you with your child and hope that you can benefit from my many years of helping parents like you.
This is actually not unusual at all and I assure you your baby is fine and will not catch anything from your dog.
OMG, thank you so much...I was panicking!
Recent studies have shown that children who grow up with dogs actually have less allergies for reasons not well understood but kids are always being licked by and touching their mouths to dogs and there is no harm in it, though I wouldn't encourage it either!
Sorry, had to go find my laptop charger for a second...so, this is something I can stop worrying about then? My dog loves her and keeps trying to kiss her, haha, but we are much more vigilant now.
No reason to be concerned at all I assure you.

Thank you so much...my husband thought I was being a little paranoid too, but I feel much better having an expert tell me everything is OK. I had a feeling we weren't the only people this has happened to...
Not by a long shot, including my kids and now my grandkids!
Thanks for the article... I was worried more about germs/bacteria....do you think we are OK on that front too?
Like if she had gotten into something outside or just groomed herself and then licked the baby
Absolutely and dogs are constantly "grooming" themselves and this does not cause any problems.
Awesome..OK, I feel so much better. I am a worrier, so I had a feeling I was being a little paranoid...I don't even know for sure that she got a lick in
Thanks again :-)
