I'll do my best to answer your question. If you're available for chat, let's get started. If not, I can switch to an e-mail format.
Can you give me a little more information? Has she been ill? When you say "black" do you mean black like dead skin? Like there's no circulation? Are her hands and feet still warm or are they cold? I'm happy to try to assist you but I need a little more information. If there's anyway to post a picture here that would be helpful, as well
her hands and feet are cold sometyms. when isay black its as if there is no circulation. she has not been ill.
Ok. Are they painful to her? And the black comes and goes, correct?
no she feels no pain. the black does not come and go. she says she noticed that they were that colour a few weeks ago.
Ok. I do suspect that since she is not ill and the trouble involves her hands and feet that it is a problem with circulation. There's a condition called Raynaud's disease which is a chronic condition that affects the ability of blood to get to the hands and feet--especially fingers and toes. It's not particularly dangerous, but can sometimes be painful. I'll post some information for you. It's not emergent that she see a doctor but she should have a medical evaluation in the next days to weeks, if possible. Do you have somewhere where she can see a doctor? Are you in Johannesburg?
looks like this.
Here's a link with more information about Raynaud's. That's one possibility.
As I said, since she's not in pain and she's not ill, its not critical that she be seen immediately, but she should get this checked out by her physician.
I hope that helps! If you have questions feel free to reply. Kindly rate my answer prior to leaving the site.
m sorry i kept getting disconnected. when my sister was much younger she would get epileptic fits,is there a connection there?
There shouldn't be a connection between the two, no.
