Most often the symptoms you are having are due to viral infections.
These are self limiting and will subside in a few days.
During this period medications are taken for relief of symptoms.
I would suggest the following for the relief of your symptoms -
1. For sore throat - gargling with salt/warm water, medications like tylenol/advil
2. Aches - Tylenol/advil
3. Runny nose/ cough - Nyquil
4. Left ear pain - Tylenol/ decongestants like sudafed.

Drink plenty of fluids.
Since you are taking most of these- continue with the same treatment.
