My kid is being bullied and it is in school and out of different schools in the district and also outside of school should i go to the school board and see what they can do about it and get the resource officer involved and see if he should address another cop on top of that?

Hello. Most definitely you should take whatever action needed. Bullying can lead to serious problems. If the Principal is not helping you, then you should go to the school board and to whoever you need to, until someone listens to you and steps in.
