Hello and Thank You for using Just Answer. I am sorry to hear about the problems that you are having with your daughter. Does she attend pre school? How do you and your wife disagree in how the situation should be handled? Thank you!

Well, I believe in making sure she does not repeat
no, no, no to grown ups instantly. I approach her and tell her she cannot do that and obviously she avoids my eyes, so I make her look at my eyes and I repeat myself - you cannot say no, no, no to mommy or daddy.
My wife prefers arguing with her while my daughter walks around repeating no, no, no and waving her finger at her incessantly. Normally after 20 times she calms down with my wife 10-20 minutes later - sometimes not - my wife snaps and starts yelling. It is the former 65% of the time and the latter 20% of the time and 10% she does nothing and ignores her.
