my 2year old started asking for peeing in the potty, but not pooping. How can I incourage him to do #2?

Hi, I can help you. I would not encourage him to do #2 just yet, when he is ready he will let you know. Boys tend to be potty trained later than girls so you are lucky to have one who asks to pee! There are books and toilet training aids you can use but you may find that he will regress if pushed. Let him go when he is ready!
