Customer Question

Have a 20 mth daughter who climbed out of the crimb. So we got rid of it
and have a bed with the side protectors.

What should we do to get her used to her regula bed now. She now
doesnt go to sleep she yells and cries and walks out of the room when we
put her down.

How do we get her used to the bed to stay and go to sleep. (like she used
to in the crib)

Hello and Thank You for using Just Answer. If you transitioned your toddler from a crib to a toddler bed then it would be less scary than from a crib to a regular size bed. To help your child want to stay in the bed, make sure she has child friendly sheets and blankets. Also, your daughter may need to have a special stuffed animal of doll that she only plays with when it is time to go to sleep. Tell her that she can come out of her room when the sun comes out.
