The divorced father of my grandson is in the army and away

Customer Question

The divorced father of my grandson is in the army and away for training months on end. I want to advise him on how to stay in touch with his son. Can you recommend any good books or articles that I can pass on to him to help him maintain his relationship?

Thanks for your response, I will pass it on.

Just an FYI...as the grandfather and x-father-in-law, I try to mentor and advise the father on tips that I think he should be aware of. I don't have much of a relationship with the father but I do think he reads my emails and has thanked me for the advise. I hope it helps him become a better father because in the long run it will help my grandson as well.
