me and my husband have a 4 year old son who is our world, we would like a second child but feel our son would feel left out and if that happens i would regret having a second child, my son is doing well ay nursery and really advanced for his age and don't want to affect him at all.

Hi. Although there may be an adjustment period when a new baby arrives I would not worry about your son being or feeling left out. If you dote on him too much you might have a maladjusted only child. Share your love and If you want a second child, have one. Children adapt and it would be good for him to have a sibling to grow up with.
