This is Dr. David

I am a cancer doctor

what is most important while on chemotherapy is the total WBC count and neutrophil count.

I hope the WBC count is normal.

chemo and taxol can also cause anemia and low hemoglogloin and low hematocrit

if the hemoglobin is below 10, you may need a blood transfusion.

percentages of neutrophils and lymphocytes and eosinophils are usually not a problem if they are out of range.

high MCV above 100 can be a sign of low B12 and low folate levels which can be given to you with supplements.

B12 supplements can also help with some energy during chemotherapy.
