This is Dr David

these are common phrases used by radiologist to say that the CT scan images of the pancreas and liver are normal and that no masses or cancers are seen on the CT scan.

calcifications are deposits of calcium in the body which can shine bright on CT scan.

pain in the lower right side of the abdomen can be from constipation, or diverticulosis or inflammation of the appendex or terminal ileum or ovarian cyst if you are a woman

sometimes CT scans don't see all causes of pain in the abdomen.

have you had problems with constipation?

if you are close to or over age 50, you might benefit from a colonoscopy to look inside of the colon to look for inflammation and areas of diverticulosis.

have you had a colonoscopy before?
