Thanks for this question.
Yes, this is a lot of radiation.
The best thing you can do is avoid any further radiation in the future.
Ultrasounds or MRIs should be done if possible
This is Dr. David
I am a cancer doctor
that is not a lot of radiation
we are all exposed to radiation every year we live on earth.
we get 3-5 mSv of radiation every year we live on earth.
you don't have to panic about the radiation causing you cancer.
those scans were medically necesary
all of your cells in your body have ways to repair DNA damage from radiation from medical scans and from exposure
you don't have to worry
let me know if you have questions
I'm sorry about the confusion.
the scans you have had is some radiation exposure but it is not a dangerous amount of radiation exposure.
have you flown on an airplane before? this can increase your radiation exposure because it gets you up at higher elevations
you have lived on earth now for 33 years, and this can cause 33 years of radiation exposure living on earth
all of your cells can repair DNA damage from radiation exposure.
so there is no reasons to stress about your prior radiation exposure.
there is nothing you can do about it now.
so no point to worry about this radiation.
I would like to provide another opinion.
This is a great deal of radiation.
They might be necessary but other types of scans can often be done.
MRIs, ultrasounds, etc
