Hi my % lympho is 16.1, and #lmph is 1.22(normal is 0.9-5) should i be woried

Just had my blood profile. Pain in the ribs for a year or so. My % lympo is normally 20.5, but now in 5 months it has dropped to 16.1. I have no symptoms. Should I get some tests done after this report.
