This is Dr. David

if she is having irregular menstral periods, she might benefit going on a birth control pill to help regulate her cycle.

she should see a general practice doctor or infectious disease doctor about her flu like symptoms and enlarged lymph nodes

she could have mono infection or mononucleosis which is a viral infection which can cause flu symptoms, fatigue and enlarged lymph nodes.

there are blood test to check for mono infection.

has she had test for mono?
