Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and I'm ready to help.
it could be a swollen lymph node
or a swollen parotid salivary gland from a blocked salivary gland from a blocked salivary stone.
an ultrasound can tell for sure
do you have a doctor you can see who can order an ultrasound to know what it is?

well is the post auricular lymph node located behind the ear fold in the crease? or are they further back on the head?

that looks more like a pimple on the skin from a blocked skin pore or ingrown hair follicle
you would not be able to see a post auricular lymph node on a photograph
you would only be able to feel it deeply below the skin.
