Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and am ready to help.
no, those agents are not affective against stage IV cancer.
you are schedule to have chemotherapy start next week?
what part of your body did you have surgery?
what type of cancer do you have?
Chemo 17/10/12 Bladder Has spread to Bones Terminal
I see, bladder cancer spread to bone which is a urothelial cell carcinoma or a transitional cell carcinoma.
do you know the chemotherapy agent they are planning for you?
what other questions do you have?
From what I have been told the chemo is a genarally used one but have forgotten the name. Have heard that experiments in Electromagnetic therapy in China has had some success. Heard anything?
china is always doing research in crazy cancer treatment methods.
the vast majority of them don't show promise.
What is the success rate of Chemo cytotoxic treatments
it depends on what chemotherapy agents are being used.
do you have other questions? are you trying to leave positive feedback?
There do not appear to be any positive feedback We hear rumours of Oxy-e and other treatments but little in the way of acceptable methodoldies?: My last question
That is my last question
the success rate for chemotherapy for metastatic bladder cancer cancer is modest to be able to slow the growth of the cancer. we are unsuccessful in our ability to cure the cancer or wipe the cancer completely away from the body with chemotherapy
most often agents such as carboplatin, taxol are used to fight metastatic bladder cancer.
oxy-e sounds like a good "cellular" enhancer but is not proven and most likely will not help fight metastatic bladder cancer.
let me know if you have other questions
best of luck to you
