I am taking multivitamin and it already has B12. What is the maximum dose you can take in a day?
In the blood test results, my Hemoglobin level is 12.5 and Hematocrit is 36.6
those are pretty good levels for hemoglobin
B12 is water soluable, so higher doses just get eliminated in the urine
recommended adult ranges for B12 intake ranges from 2 to 3 µg per day
My multivitamin bottle says B12 as 40mcg, is it Ok
