Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and am ready to help.
you should get your B12 levels checked before you start taking B12
I am taking multivitamin and it already has B12. What is the maximum dose you can take in a day?
In the blood test results, my Hemoglobin level is 12.5 and Hematocrit is 36.6
those are pretty good levels for hemoglobin
B12 is water soluable, so higher doses just get eliminated in the urine
recommended adult ranges for B12 intake ranges from 2 to 3 µg per day
My multivitamin bottle says B12 as 40mcg, is it Ok
Since I am taking KOMBIGLYZE TAB 2.5-1000b 2 per day, I am consuming 2000 mg of Metformin? Will it lower B12 levels?
