Regarding a healthy 54 year old woman...If a breast needle biopsy shows a breast cancer that is NOT encapsulated, is this IBC (inflamatory breast cancer)?

but if the breast cancer has grown out of the basement membrane, then it is an invasive breast cancer and not a DCIS or ductal carcinoma insituI didn't get your last reply.do you have other questions?
