i had a ct scan and it showed pleual,adrenal,and splenic nodules should be worried?

it depends on how large the nodules are and if the nodules are smooth or rough.
it can be normal to have small smooth nodules in the pleural region, adrenal, and spleen.
sometimes these nodules can be benign hemangiomas.
