For the last few days there has been a balloon type growth just inside my rectum. Not painful. Could this be a polyp? Could it lead to cancer? Should I get it checked a.s.a.p. ?My age: 57. and healthy.Many thanks for your advice.6.35 p.m. Thursday 4th August.

is it bleeding?
it could be cancer
it could be just a polyp or a hemerrhoid
but only a biopsy can tell
