Resolved Question:

I have an elongated lump on my forearm above my wrist..could this just be fatty tissue? it doesn't hurt ...I first thought it was just a muscle but now it just feels soft. It is about 3 x 2 inches. Should I see a doctor?? if so, what kind?? I just noticed it about a month ago.

Dr. David :

Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and am ready to help.

Dr. David :

if it is soft, it is most likely fatty tissue or a lipoma ( a benign fat mass)

Dr. David :

you could show it to your primary care doctor at your next visit, but I would be too worried aobut it

Dr. David :

about it

Dr. David :

let me know if you have questions

Dr. David :

I have to go see a patient right now, I'll be back in a sec
