R. KochMD :

Yes you can.

R. KochMD :

If you have a fever; however, you should make sure your blood count has been checked and your white blood cells are not low. Xelloda can couse low blood counts. Sometimes people with a low white blood cell count and a fever have a serious infection which can be misdiagnosed as a cold.

Hope this helps.
