Hi Im David, pull the IAC and EGR and clean them extremely well with brake parts cleaner and a brush.

I don't have EGR valve. Already cleaned throttle body and sensors with brake cleaner, also the sensor in rubber tubing going from air cleaner to throttle body with Mass Flow Sensor cleaner. Have code PO171 says Lean Bank 1, but when accelerate engine at 3000 rpms see black smoke and surges. Also surges at idle if warmup and idling for awhile, but no black smoke then at idle.

Well I found the problem myself without your help. Was another sensor, the" Intake Air Temperature Sensor" that was bad. So I would like my refund since never got help from you.
