Hello I will help you with your question,

Are you experiencing and shifting issues?

Is the fluid burnt and black?

How many miles on the transmission?

Let me know so I can help you

Thanks

Ok, check the fluid and if it is not burnt and black it is worthwhile to flush the fluid and install new.

I would have a certified independent shop do the fluid exchange. It should run $110 - $150 for the service.

Please let me know if you have further questions

Thank you

If it is burnt and black what is the next step, what product should I use. I usually go to a Quick Lube place to get it done, is that recommended

If it is burnt and black I would not flush it that would be throwing money away. It would mean that the trans needs to be rebuilt but if you have no shifting issues I doubt you will find more than dark fluid when you check it. If it is clear and red you don't need to do anything, it has already been flushed.

let me know what I can do to help

Thanks

One more thing is okay to go to a lube shop or go to a mechanic and products should they use on my car.

I would go to a certified independent shop not a quick lube. The independent shop will use the correct fluids for your vehicle while the lube shop will use "one size fits all" fluids and they do not fit all.

Let me know what I can do to help

Thank you
